A unique pairing experience — wine & charcuterie!

Join us for our sommelier-guided Autumn Wine & Charcuterie Pairing Experience when Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will walk you through five Debevino wines paired with a variety of autumn-inspired charcuterie items.

You will also learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing with fun, educational demonstrations, and get answers to all your wine and food pairing questions during this gastronomical experience.

THE PAIRINGS

  • Pinot Grigio: apple sausage, salted nuts

  • Riesling (Dolce): horseradish cheddar, pumpkin clusters

  • Rozzi Rosé: cranberry goat cheese

  • Sangiovese (2019): dark chocolate covered blueberries

  • Cabernet Sauvignon: peppered salami

The cost is $59 per person, plus tax.
